One small squirrel. One impossible quest. One last chance to save everything.

In a forest divided by fear, young Nim has always been told she's too small to matter. When the ancient Tree of Acceptance — the only force that ever kept predator and prey at peace — begins to die, Nim is entrusted with the last glowing acorn said to carry its memory.

Armed with nothing but belief, she sets out to find the Tree before it's gone forever. Along the way she picks up two unlikely companions: Burl, a bear paralyzed by his own past, and Flash, a turtle who long ago decided the world wasn't worth his speed.

Together they'll face the Predator Accord, a treacherous mountain, and the hardest truth of all — that the thing you were told was your weakness might be the only thing that can save the world.
